Overview
Responsible for managing accounts to achieve guest satisfaction while soliciting past and new business to ensure all revenue goals are achieved or exceeded.
This role is accountable for soliciting new group and catering sales accounts, entertaining clients, and maintaining strong relationships with existing accounts.
The position drives revenue by focusing on rooms, food and beverage, catering, and room rental, ensuring goals are met or surpassed.
