Digital Merchandising Manager

The Digital Merchandising organization holistically helps to execute and brings category, department, division, & enterprise strategy to life online.

The purpose of the Digital Merchandising Managers is to align with the VPs and Directors of each department to understand and prioritize key initiatives and help to bring them to life online effectively and efficiently to drive top line sales and bottom line profit.

DMMs manage a team of action oriented digital category managers and associate digital category managers that execute category strategy on the website.

(promotions, new items, brands, etc.)

Responsible for managing products online from setup through the time it is served to the customer.

Lead and influences promotional strategy and marketing components to drive revenue.

Execute growth/corporate initiatives related to the digital merchandise business across the enterprise.

Drive revenue for several categories online and partners with the experience team to ensure categories are served up in the right way to drive conversion.

Manage a team of associates to achieve digital objectives.
