This role will be part of Kimberly Clark's International Family Care and Professional (IFP) business—an organization rooted in purpose and innovation that has built a legacy with global impact.

As Kimberly-Clark forms a strategic partnership with Suzano to create a world-class international tissue and professional products company, this role is proposed to transfer to the new venture once the transaction closes, anticipated in mid-2026, subject to consultation and other applicable legal requirements.

You’ll be part of a high-potential business that combines Kimberly-Clark’s iconic brands and commercial excellence with Suzano’s industrial and sustainability leadership.

Our North site manager is a day-based role with responsibility for the Northfleet Jetty operations & compliance including vessel management, site contracts, materials movements, site vehicle maintenance and other requirements.

In this role, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:


* Managing the logistics and safe running Northfleet port including vessel discharge, import/export requirements and long-term capital planning.


* Build and maintain strong working relationships with other agencies such as PLA, Border Force and the EA.


* Manage material movement and stock holdings working with third party contractors to ensure supply to the manufacturing operation is not interrupted.


* Develop and drive sustainable cost transformation initiatives using the assets available on site.


* Key contact for the London Scrap Terminal ensuring on site operations are compliant with Kimberly Clark expectations.


* Maintain and develop safety standards on site being a performance standard owner for areas such as transport.


* Utilise Lean principles to ensure robust processes and standards are maintained
