Proposal Manager

Clean Harbors is looking for a Proposal Manager to sit in Norwell, MA.

The Proposal Manager is responsible for developing, preparing and writing proposals for large complex solicitation requests for the Project Services Group within the Company, including leading and coordinating the proposal preparation and approval process, including legal, risk and pricing review.
