Field Service Supervisor
Responsibilities:
* Plan, lead, and coordinate daily field service crew operations to ensure safety, compliance, and efficiency.
* Supervise, train, and mentor team members; assign tasks and monitor performance.
* Oversee proper use, operation, and maintenance of all equipment at job sites.
* Drive operational efficiencies by optimizing workflows and resource allocation.
* Conduct site visits to ensure quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
* Ensure accurate and timely completion of job-related documentation and reports.
* Communicate effectively with customers, management, and team members regarding job status, issues, and resolutions.
* Support emergency response and environmental clean-up projects as needed.
* Enforce company safety standards and participate in safety meetings and audits.
* Maintain and build client relationships

* Adverse weather environments
* Hazardous or unpredictable field conditions
* All-weather emergency response situations

* Field operations during adverse or extreme conditions
* Response work in unpredictable and high-pressure situations
Qualifications:
* Previous supervisory or leadership experience in field services, environmental, or industrial operations preferred.
* Strong knowledge of equipment operation, safety protocols, and compliance standards.
* Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
* Ability to work in varying conditions, including emergency response situations.
* Valid driver's license
