* Spearhead the development and execution of market strategic plans aimed at expanding the affluent client segment.

Focus on achieving business objectives by identifying growth opportunities and implementing innovative strategies that align with the JPMorgan Private Client vision.


* Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and centers of influence.

Leverage these relationships to enhance client satisfaction, loyalty, and advocacy, ultimately driving business growth.


* Foster relationships with leaders across various lines of business to identify collaborative opportunities.

Work together to enhance client relationships and support prospecting efforts, ensuring a seamless and integrated client experience.


* Promote a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team and among internal stakeholders.

Encourage open communication, knowledge sharing, and a commitment to delivering outstanding client experiences.


* Establish clear performance expectations for team members.
