The Private Bank Digital Wealth Planning Product Associate will focus on the execution of our goals-based planning digital experience for advisors and clients within the U.S.

Private Bank.

This role requires a proactive individual with a foundational understanding of Wealth Planning and Advice, capable of supporting product execution to deliver value to our clients.

The Associate will partner closely with Wealth Strategists, Wealth Advisors, Private Advisory Leadership, front office advisors, Technology, and cross-line of business product teams.

Job Responsibilities:

Execution and Support:


* Assist in the execution of the product strategy for goals-based planning digital experience.


* Collaborate with senior team members to align product execution with business objectives.

Product Development and Management:


* Support the product lifecycle, including market research, product design, development, and launch.


* Partner with Technology, Morgan Private Advisory, and advisor leadership to build new digital enhancements in the advisor-facing digital ecosystem (Connect) and on J.P.

Morgan Online.


* Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Audit to ensure products meet regulatory requirements and industry standards.


* Analyze product performance metrics and support strategies for improvement.


* Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation in product offerings.

Stakeholder Engagement:


* Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including the Morgan Private Advisory team, advisors, Technology, and Legal/Risk/Controls partners.


* Communicate product updates and execution plans effectively to stakeholders at all levels.


* Participate in requirements gathering, feedback collection, and roadmap strategy sessions with stakeholders.

Market and Competitive Analysis:


* Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats.


* Support the development of strategies to differentiate our products in the marketplace.
