Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Network Security Manager to lead and oversee our global firewall operations team.

This pivotal role is responsible for managing firewall rule requests, policy updates, VPN provisioning, and compliance monitoring across the enterprise—ensuring our security infrastructure is resilient, efficient, and aligned with business objectives and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:


* Lead and Manage a Global Firewall Operations Team: Third part team of 20+ people(including third-party partners), ensuring the delivery of secure, reliable, and timely firewall services.


* Strategic Oversight & Process Optimization: Drive operational excellence through the development, standardization, and continuous improvement of firewall management processes.


* Security & Compliance: Ensure all firewall operations adhere to internal policies, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements, proactively identifying and mitigating risks.


* Automation & Innovation: Champion automation initiatives and process enhancements that improve efficiency, reduce manual effort, and bolster security posture.


* Documentation & Reporting: Maintain comprehensive, up-to-date documentation, generate insightful operational reports, and conduct regular governance reviews to monitor performance and service quality.


* Project Leadership: Actively participate in and lead firewall-related projects and initiatives, fostering cross-functional collaboration.


* Technical Expertise & Leadership: Apply deep knowledge of cutting-edge security technologies, including Cisco NGFW and its subsystems, cloud-based security services, network segmentation, and SASE platforms.

Qualifications & Skills:


* Proven experience in managing large-scale network security operations, with a focus on firewall management.


* Strong technical expertise in Cisco NGFW, cloud security services, network segmentation, and SASE architectures.


* Demonstrated leadership skills, capable of managing and motivating a diverse, global team and third-party partners.
