ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Maintenance Technician to support 2nd shift maintenance operations and drive continuous improvement across plant systems and equipment.

This role will work closely with production and quality departments, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards.

The technician will monitor equipment performance, reduce downtime, manage parts and supplies, and provide data-driven recommendations to enhance efficiency, while also assisting with regulatory compliance.

WHAT YOU’LL DO 


* Communicates directly with the production department to coordinate maintenance and repair work in process areas.


* Communicates directly with QA department to ensure effective participation by the maintenance technicians in the implementation of QA policies and procedures.


* Communicates regularly with all maintenance technicians, both individually and as a group, to ensure good two-way communication concerning maintenance issues.
