Concierge (Full-Time/Seasonal, Oct - May)

Desert Mountain Club, one of the top 10 and largest private country clubs in North America, is seeking a Concierge to join our Member Services team!

Desert Mountain Club features seven signature golf courses (six of which are Jack Nicklaus & a par 54 championship course), seven distinctive clubhouses – each with its own unique restaurant plus banquets, state-of-the-art fitness center, swim and tennis facility, and spa. 

In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing membership services by providing up-to-date information for on and offsite events and activities, making event and dining reservations, assisting with various member requests to include customized activities, and relaying calls to the appropriate department.

Provide outstanding customer service and execute the Desert Mountain values and service standards in order to ensure that membership and guests receive a warm welcome, friendly service, and fond farewell. 

The ideal candidate will be outgoing, friendly and professional with a passion for serving others and dedicated to delivering excellence.

A minimum of 2 years of customer service experience, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, as well as navigating reservation software, and a background in hotels, resorts or clubs is required.

Notary Public Certification is required but this can be obtained upon hire.

Must have strong knowledge of the Scottsdale and Phoenix area.
