Your role:

At Elanco, we’re looking for a Systems & Process Support Specialist to ensure a smooth, reliable, and efficient supply chain for our Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (APIs).

Your work will directly support our mission to deliver essential products to customers without disruption.

Your Responsibilities:

As part of the global API supply chain team, you will:

Logistics & Operations


* Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with suppliers, warehouses, and freight forwarders, making sure goods move safely, on time, and under the right conditions (including temperature control and Dangerous Goods regulations).


* Manage documentation and invoicing related to shipments, ensuring everything is accurate and compliant.


* Serve as the link between suppliers and Elanco teams, ensuring a seamless flow of APIs into the network.

Process & Data Management


* Support SAP master data maintenance (safety stock, MOQ, lead times, transport conditions) so that our systems reflect reality and decision-making is reliable.


* Monitor and improve inventory accuracy by running regular stock reviews, tracking slow-moving items, and coordinating scrapping/write-offs where necessary.


* Create and update Material Requirements Documents (MRDs) to ensure Elanco and its suppliers are aligned on data and processes.

Performance & Improvement


* Track and report on key metrics across the API supply chain, using data to identify trends and opportunities.


* Act as a CORRS Champion – helping colleagues adopt and use this tool to improve planning, performance, and collaboration.


* Take part in or lead process improvement projects to make logistics and supply chain operations more efficient and sustainable.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement


* Work closely with colleagues in Quality, Finance, Logistics, Manufacturing sites, and Intercompany teams, as well as with external suppliers and contract manufacturers.
