We are recruiting for multiple openings at the mid, senior and expert levels for Systems Engineers with Microsoft Telephony platform experience.

These Systems Engineers will work in support of a federal government environment migrating from Cisco Telephony platform to Microsoft Telephony Platform.

Location: Must be located within commuting area to support on-site work schedule

Role and responsibilities include:


* Work as part of a collaborative team providing systems engineering support to a government customer for a variety of engineering tasks for a telephony transition project.


* Apply knowledge of concepts, processes, practices, and procedures to ensure task completion for E911 compliance, integrating with E911 service providers and validating accurate location information for all users.


* Provide analysis related to the design, development and integration for system level requirements to support defined project goals for an IT solutions.


* Support development for integrated system test requirements, strategies, devices and systems.


* Support overall system testing, as assigned.


* Maintain responsibility for completing assigned projects within budget and scheduling guidelines.


* Follow pre-defined process and workflow.


* Support on-site work schedule.


* Other duties, as assigned.

Requirements include:


* U.S.

Citizenship (no dual citizenship)


* Current secret clearance or ability to obtain Public Trust access


* Multiple Openings
+ Mid Level requires bachelor's degree + 4 years of related experience 
+ Senior Level requires bachelor's degree + 8 years of related experience 
+ Expert Level requires bachelor's degree + 12 years of related experience


* Experience with systems engineering in a complex environment including telephony platform


* Microsoft Telephony communication and collaboration features


* Experience integrating Enhanced 911 (E911) including location information and validation to meet compliance requirements


* Ability to effectively communication (written and verbal) with technical and non-technical team members


* Availability to support on-site work schedule at Marshall Space Flight Center (MSFC)

Desired Skills:


* Experience with one or more Microsoft Telephony platform migration(s) is a plus


* Experience with Cisco Telephony platform migration(s) is a plus
