RN - Geriatrics Clinic

Work Schedule:

100% FTE, Hours of work between 8am - 5:30pm.

Monday - Friday.

No Weekends or Holidays.

This position will require work at all three Geriatrics Clinics, Eastpark Medical Center, East Clinic, and Fitchburg Clinic.

This position is a primarily onsite.

Potential for partial hybrid work after fully oriented and trained.

We are seeking a Registered Nurse to:


* Work with the Geriatric Patient population in a setting that combines both primary care and specialty care.


* Utilize critical thinking skills while performing telephone triage, MyChart triage, in-basket management, care coordination and patient education.

Qualifications


* Graduate of school of nursing Required


* Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) Preferred

Work Experience


* 6 months of RN experience Required


* Relevant RN experience Preferred

Licenses & Certifications


* Registration as a registered nurse in the state where employed or licensure in a state in the licensure compact Upon Hire Required


* CPR/BLS Certification Upon Hire Required


* Applicable clinical certification Preferred
