RN Navigator - Pediatric Oncology

80% FTE, Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm with one day off per week.

Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Navigator to:


* Work in collaboration with numerous multidisciplinary teams to help navigate patients and families.


* Coordinate specialized multi-disciplinary patient care by utilizing specialty knowledge of the pediatric oncology patient population.


* Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives.


* Bring their expertise in working with pediatric oncology patients.

Qualifications



* Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) Required or


* Associate's Degree in Nursing and achievement of BSN within 4 years of hire Required


* Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) Preferred


* Master's Degree in Nursing, Social Work, Public Health, Healthcare Administration, or related field Preferred

Work Experience



* 3 years of relevant clinical nursing experience Required


* 1 year of nursing experience in oncology care Preferred

Licenses & Certifications



* Registered Nurse license in the state of Wisconsin Required


* Basic Life Support/CPR Required


* Applicable Oncology certification based on patient population Preferred
