Contents Data Researcher (Part-Time)

We're looking for a detail-oriented Content Researcher to help manage and optimize contents replacement data feeds that power Xactware's estimating products.

In this role, you'll organize, normalize, and maintain incoming data from multiple vendors, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and consistency across our platforms.

You'll work closely with a collaborative team in our Lehi, Utah office to keep our databases running smoothly and delivering reliable results to customers.

About the Day to Day Responsibilities of the Role


* Organize, maintain, and update the contents database supporting Xactware's estimating products.


* Normalize and import data feeds from outside merchants, ensuring accurate categorization, searchable characteristics (item features), and mapping of obsolete items to current manufacturer equivalents.


* Manage item codes, descriptions, and pricing structures for "general quote" contents replacement items (good, better, best tiers).


* Monitor and improve data processes for efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.


* Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot data issues and ensure high-quality standards are met.

* High School Diploma required


* Self-motivated with a strong work ethic required


* Experience with e-commerce preferred


* Excellent written and oral communication preferred


* Ability to establish and measure personal goals


* Spanish or French speaking a plus
