We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Generalist to join our team in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
This entry-level role is ideal for someone passionate about HR operations and employee engagement.
The successful candidate will support a wide range of HR functions, including payroll processing, talent acquisition, employee communications, and compliance.
This is an on-site position located in North Baltimore, OH.

What You'll Do
The ideal candidate will have the ability to carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
* Payroll Processing: Accurately process bi-weekly payroll for employees across two facilities, ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable laws.
* Talent Acquisition: Coordinate individual contributor job recruitment efforts including job postings, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires.
* Training Coordination: Organize and occasionally deliver employee training sessions on topics such as compliance and workplace expectations.
* Employee Communication: Respond to employee inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and benefits through email, phone, and in-person communication.
