National Service Sales Manager

The Opportunity:

Our Buildings business creates integrated, multi-layered solutions that specialize in combining building services & intelligent automated systems.

Our solutions enable owners, end users and custodians (such as; Commercial buildings, Hospitals and Data Centers), to intelligently monitor, meter and control the attributes of their assets in real time, reducing consumption and improving reliability and quality.

Due to internal growth this national role is vacant and reports to theGeneral Manager, Services - Digital Energy,and is a unique and challenging opportunity for asales evangelist to help shape the future of our business as we continue to strive for sustainable growth of our service business.

This is a customer and market facing role that works closely with sales professionals, systems, digital solutions, and members of the Digital Buildings Leadership Team, to take overall responsibility for detailed account planning and executing the services sales strategy for Digital Buildings.

This role is what we refer to as our Service Sales Manager.

Day to Day Responsibilities:


* Leadership of the service sales function of Digital Energy with the end goal of continually gaining market share;



* Lead, hire, mentor across a high performing sales team with national scope



* Grow the service offering with a focus on the execution of a digital services sales strategies;



* Foster a high-performance culture that enablesan agile account management sales team, creating value and insight for our customers;



* Work closely with marketing and customer engagement functions to drive continuous improvement in NPS and Customer Satisfaction scores;



* Provide strong leadership to continually develop, maintain and attract key talents within the team;



* Travel where and when required to engage with National customers.
