Job Description:

Leads a team of individual contributors and team leaders and is accountable for leading service delivery of Accounts Payable and Payments processes.

Develops tactical and operational plans for the Payments team and supports organizational objectives and business goals.

Generates ideas, fosters, and implements continuous improvement mindset, identifying and pursuing process efficiency opportunities.

Allocates resources to ensure effective performance management to achieve objectives and goals of the Payments area.

Directs operations for strategic initiatives and serves as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:



* Collaborates amongst a team of Payments Processing professionals


* Conducts the day-to-day operations of the Payment Processing function.

Delivering based upon the agree SLAs and ensuring policy, tax and local, and legal statutory compliance


* Drives continuous improvements in user experience, effectiveness, and efficiency in Payments


* Create value by establishing and nurturing strong relationships with key business partners and peers with a view to pro-actively understands and constructively influences their needs and expectations


* Managers day-to-day operations for the outsourced invoice processing third party provider


* Engages with market and sector stakeholders for proceed feedback and improvement areas


* Supports development and implementation of automation and AI (Artificial Intelligence) initiatives within assigned area of responsibility.

Qualifications

Education:


* Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent University degree is required.


* An MBA or further advanced degree is preferred but not required.

Experience and Skills:

Required:


* 5-7 years of Procurement, Finance, or other relevant business experience


* Collaboration, Communication & Influencing Skills


* Learning Agility & Openness to Change


* SAP ERP experience; MM and FI modules

Preferred:



* Good understanding of Payments processes and Invoice Processing operations at a high level.


* Shared services industry experience.


* People management experience (20+ resources)
