Pay £13.21 to £13.63 per hour (£25,838 to £26,645 per annum) and great benefits including Health Cash Plan

Typical day as a Lead Support Worker (known by us as Coordinator)


* Creating support plans with your customers and coordinating one of our teams of Support Workers working to the plans. 


* Customer group - Mental Health & Learning Disabilities.


* Helping customers with daily living activities such as working towards achieving their goals, budgeting, maintaining their tenancy and moving onto independent accommodation if they are able.


* Carrying out risk assessments, support planning, goal setting and regular reviews.


* Cuppas, chats and catch ups. There’s no rushing from one customer to the next here! Plenty of time to collaborate with colleagues too.

* Passion to support our customers to live their best life, working collaboratively with an eye for detail. 


* Experience of creating person-centred support plans and supporting colleagues in working to work to the plans.


* Experience of coordinating and assessing customer referrals.


* The ability to work on your own initiative, remain calm under pressure and have a resilient approach


* To get from A to B, you’ll need a vehicle insured for business purposes.

* The role will be expected to work an 8-hour shift between 8 am and 8 pm, Monday-Friday, including Hybrid working.


* Where we’re flexible with you, we do need to meet the needs of our customers.

That may mean adapting your start or finishing times on occasion.


* Able to use technology to update support plans, complete online learning and to collaborate with colleagues.
