Here's What You'll Do:

As a PCP, you'll provide outpatient primary care to patients as part of a high-quality, team-based model.

Whether your background is in Family, Internal or Osteopathic Medicine, you'll bring your clinical skills to a supportive environment that allows you to focus on what matters most - your patients.

More Specifically, You'll:


* Deliver excellent, evidence-based care in an outpatient setting


* Partner with a multidisciplinary team to provide coordinated care


* Contribute to a culture of collaboration between operations, clinical, and support teams

Here's What You Bring:


* MD or DO with board certification (or board eligibility for new grads)


* Active AZ medical license or ability to obtain one


* Experience in outpatient settings


* Tech-savvy with EMR systems (Epic experience a plus, not required)


* Strong communicator with a compassionate approach
