We are searching for the best talent to join our team as Senior Director, Product Development located in Danvers, MA.

You will report directly to the Sr.

Vice President of Engineering.

Purpose:

This Senior Director of Product Development is responsible for applying engineering principles to develop products that meet customer technical/functional specifications across the Heart Recovery platforms.

This role is crucial in driving the development and commercialization of innovative cardiovascular solutions that enhance patient care and improve outcomes.

You will be responsible for:

This role requires leadership of teams responsible for activities determining if proposed designs are technically feasible; supporting and participating in the design, test, modification, fabrication, and assembly of prototypes; and designing product specific manufacturing production processes and equipment.

Product Development Strategy:


* Develop and execute a comprehensive product development strategy for both hardware & software products that addresses market needs and aligns with business objectives.


* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective integration of design, clinical, regulatory, and marketing activities throughout the product development lifecycle.


* Drive the successful launch of new products, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards.


* Drive adoption of next-generation capabilities such as AI/machine learning based monitoring algorithms, cloud integration, and analytics
