We are searching for the best talent for Payroll Supervisor.

Purpose:

Is responsible for supporting the development, implementation, and monitoring of EHS programs to ensure regulatory compliance, promote a safe work environment, and minimize environmental impact.

The role involves assessing risks, conducting audits, and collaborating with various teams to integrate sustainable and safe practices into daily operations.

In accordance with all applicable federal, state and local laws/regulations and Corporate Johnson & Johnson, procedures and guidelines, this position:



* Assist in the design, development, and implementation of EHS policies, procedures, and programs.


* Conduct inspections and risk assessments at facilities.


* Monitor compliance with local and international health, safety, and environmental regulations.


* Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses, recommending corrective and preventive actions.


* Support training campaigns and awareness initiatives related to EHS for all staff.


* Prepare reports, documentation, and records related to EHS management, and assist in regulatory audits.


* Work with other departments to identify improvement opportunities and reduce risks and environmental footprints.


* Lead continuous improvement initiatives regarding risk management and safety culture.
