Your key responsibilities


* Contribute to Power Electronic Excellence, ensuring the right technical solution


* Working as subject-matter expert in the domain of power conversion towards our current and existing portfolio of products and selected technology


* Develop UPS and large kVA 3ph or DC converters as a part of our global R&D team


* Influencing for the selected development tools, simulation tools including HIL setup for ensuring state-of-the-art process for power electronic development


* Create studies, papers, and execute explorations in the power conversion domain with agreed topics


* Support decision making with technical perspective and facts with providing recommendations for senior management


* Design electronic subassembly design (schematics, PCB layout), Power Conversion Systems and contribute to hardware test plans


* Take end-to-end ownership of the design from early design phase, with cross-collaboration to other experts from Firmware, mechanical, electrical and down to Verification and Validation


* Ensure that designed products meet safety, functional and cost requirements


* Support sales, marketing, manufacturing and technical support in solving customer needs and issues
