As an Occupational Therapist on our team, you'll play a key role in guiding residents through their rehab journey with heart, expertise, and a touch of creativity.

What You'll Do:


* Assess patients' physical, cognitive, and psychosocial abilities.


* Develop and implement customized OT treatment plans.


* Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support holistic recovery.


* Educate patients, families, and caregivers on adaptive strategies and home programs.


* Contribute to a positive and dynamic rehab environment.

What We're Looking For:


* Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) in the state of Ohio.


* Prior SNF or geriatric rehab experience preferred (but not required).


* Strong communication skills and an empathetic heart.


* PRN flexibility - weekends, holidays, and weekday shifts available.
