* Salary Range: $110,000 - $125,000 annually


* Schedule: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist in staff training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.


* Help manage clinical programs, quality assurance initiatives, and regulatory compliance.


* Serve as a resource and mentor for nursing staff, promoting growth and teamwork.


* Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
