Schneider Internship Program: Data Quality Improvement

Join our Commercial Excellence team as an intern and play a key role in improving data quality, streamlining processes, and generating insights using Salesforce (BFO).

This internship offers hands-on experience in data auditing, system optimization, and analytics, while collaborating with cross-functional teams and receiving 1:1 mentorship.

Key Responsibilities:


* Audit and clean Salesforce (BFO) data to ensure accuracy and consistency


* Design and implement process improvements and automation rules


* Analyze commercial data to uncover trends and support decision-making


* Create dashboards and reports to visualize insights


* Document processes and present findings to stakeholders

Qualifications

Who would be successful?


* Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Data Science, IT, or related fields


* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills


* Familiarity with Excel or data tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus


* Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn


* Excellent communication and collaboration skills


* Can render a 6-month long internship, with 2 days onsite reporting

Successful candidates will be assigned in BGC, Taguig City office
