Delegated Steward and Administrator

What will you do?


* Manage and Maintain the Service Now Queue for PH.


* Monitors the Salesforce for any possible issues.


* Reading and understanding the errors on the system.


* Tracing the root cause of the errors or issues


* Create, run, and extract report as per request of a user(s).


* Primarily supports Philippines but may extend the support to other regions and countries.


* Activates user profile for new hires


* Gives access to the to the users depending on the business needs.


* Deactivate user's profile of resigned employees.


* Provide Access to Einstein Analytics.


* Will be a part of Seamless Project Team


* Data cleansing.


* Mass Updating, Adding, Deleting Data


* Maintaining the data quality of the System

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?


* Bachelor's Degree


* Experience in Salesforce BFO/BFS is desired but not required.


* Must have the ability to effectively interface with the internal team as well as all cross functional teams relevant to data reporting.


* Must be able to handle confidential information in a professional manner.
