* Bachelor's degree in business, logistics or a closely-related discipline


* 5 years of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.


* Ability to apply concepts related to business-related financial data to the work performed.


* Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.

Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in written, financial, mathematical and diagram formats and to deal with several abstract and concrete variables.


* Must be proficient in the use of various computer programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Explorer); project management and enterprise requirements planning systems (Oracle, SAP, BaaN).


* Analytical: Synthesizes complex or diverse information; Collects and researches data; Uses intuition and experience to complement data.


* Interpersonal: Establishes positive and effective relationships with individuals at all levels, both internal and external to the organization.


* Communication: Demonstrates both written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills at the individual and small group levels.
