Intern Supply Chain and Logistics
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in daily logistics operations including inbound and outbound shipments, material handling, and warehouse coordination.
* Support inventory control activities such as cycle counting, stock reconciliation, and data accuracy improvement.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, procurement, quality) to ensure timely material availability and flow.
* Analyze supply chain data to identify bottlenecks and propose process improvements.
* Help monitor supplier performance and delivery schedules.
* Participate in lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
* Prepare reports and dashboards to track KPIs (e.g., inventory turnover, delivery performance).
* Contribute to digitalization and automation projects within the supply chain function.
Qualifications:
* Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) is a plus.
* Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
* Fluent in English; local language proficiency is an advantage.
* Able to work on-site at the manufacturing plant.
