? What You'll Be Doing:


* Lead the night shift with professionalism, compassion, and clinical expertise


* Oversee CNAs and LVNs, ensuring high-quality resident care


* Monitor, assess, and document residents' conditions accurately


* Communicate with on-call providers and relay updates as needed


* Respond quickly and calmly to emergencies (your superhero cape is optional—but welcome!)


* Ensure compliance with care plans, protocols, and regulatory requirements

✅ What We're Looking For:


* Active CA RN license in good standing


* Prior skilled nursing/long-term care experience preferred


* Strong communication and problem-solving skills


* A heart for helping others, and the leadership skills to guide a team


* A calm, collected night shifter ready to make a difference!
