Essential Duties:


* Deliver treatment as directed by the Occupational Therapist in accordance with care plans


* Accurately document daily treatment notes and weekly progress notes


* Assist in training Restorative Aides as needed


* Communicate with the healthcare team about patient progress and goals


* Participate in in-service training and contribute to discharge planning


* Provide caregiver training and maintenance programs for continuity of care


* Maintain a clean and safe therapy environment and report equipment issues

Qualifications:


* Licensed as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) in the State of California


* Proficient in EMR systems such as Casamba and PointClickCare


* Meets all continuing education requirements and maintains licensure in good standing
