We are searching for the best talent for Supply Chain Finance Lead – North Asia to be in Taipei

Purpose: The Finance Lead will be leading E2E Supply Chain Financial process for North Asia for MedTech segment including business planning, forecast, quarterly closing, and reporting processes.

Drives collaborations with markets commercial and supply chain finance during the key update cycles.

Business Partnering: Provide finance insights and framing to the MedTech APAC Supply Chain leadership team & North Asia finance leadership team and drive financial visibility in Cost improvement Projects (CIP) and strategic projects.

Provide business partnering to MedTech Segment Lead to support achieving business and financial goals.

You will be responsible for:

Responsible for FP&A, business partnering, and compliance related activities North Asia MedTech Supply Chain, including but not limited to the following:


* Leading financial planning, reporting and analysis for MedTech SC Deliver and Plan teams, (including Strategic Plan, Business Plan, Financial Updates, Quarterly Reporting, and ad hoc analysis).


* Controlling and planning Supply Chain relevant spending, including Distribution, OCNIS (other cost not in standard) including E&O reserve, write-offs, and Operating expense of SC deliver and plan teams.


* Support compliance and financial reporting activities in collaboration with stakeholders (Commercial Finance, GS, SC operation).


* Support APAC SC Finance Lead to drive standardization and enhance transparency of Supply Chain  relevant cost performance, as well as to support upcoming SigniFi project deployment.


* Partner with markets MedTech SC leadership teams in tracking and reporting capital investments, building business cases for strategic initiatives, and validating corresponding CIPs (cost improvement projects).
