Purpose:

The Analytics & Productivity Solutions team within J&J IM Integrated Data Analytics & Reporting (IDAR) is focused on seamlessly fusing people, processes & technology to reimagine how you use data to drive decisions.

This ensures we reduce barriers to interpreting data by our J&J IM colleagues.

The Experienced Engineer will both re-imagine existing solutions and build new and novel data and analytical solutions.

The Experienced Engineer will intake business & technical requirements from stakeholders and project leaders and propose possible solutions to service the need.

This could include data and analytical tools such as Tableau, Alteryx, PowerBI, Power Automate, PowerApps, Quickbase, SharePoint, vendor tools, and any other tools available in the IDAR toolkit.

The experienced engineer will continuously iterate using agile and design thinking approaches and help provide low-fidelity mocks / options to support final development of a fit for purpose solution with simple, intuitive user experience.

The experienced engineer will build out, test, and optimize the solution in collaboration with the project team and stakeholders.
