This is a hybrid role available in Titusville, NJ or Horsham, PA.

Purpose: The Associate Director, Data Operations & Strategy role is integral to building out, evolving, and upgrading J&J’s approach to delivering insights and analytics capabilities within the Innovative Medicine U.S.

organization, with a focus on Neuroscience.

This role requires strong leadership and proven ability to work across a broad range of key stakeholders and strategic partners to deliver a re-imagined data platform to support artificial intelligence, analytics and reporting across all engagement channels.

The Associate Director will partner with a team of internal and external partners, including J&J technology services.

The Associate Director will also partner with procurement, internal StAT leadership, and vendor partners to ensure the platform operates within budget.

Responsible for the timely and accurate processing of syndicated and non-syndicated data from receipt to distribution of end products.

Manage all business rules and gain consensus for update/changes in central business rule environment.

Monitor/Define necessary Quality Control processes for Data Eco-System.

Provide oversight and governance of the associated data.

Act at primary contact for data processing vendor and internal I/T and Commercial teams.
