Job Description:

Johnson & Johnson is currently recruiting for a Health Care Compliance Officer, located in Shanghai.  This is a dynamic role in a fast-paced and complex region.

As the Health Care Compliance Officer for China, this position assures compliance with HCC laws, regulations and industry standards related to the promotion and marketing of medical devices and services, interactions with health care professionals and/or government officials, including, as applicable to the business unit, FCPA and other anti-corruption laws, off-label promotion, US anti-kickback and false claims statutes, compliance with corporate integrity agreements, deferred prosecution agreements or other settlements.

This key position assures the independence and visibility of our compliance activities, reinforces the message that compliance is a company priority and coordinates the resources needed to assure implementation of an effective compliance program within the China market.

This position collaborates with key senior leaders to actively support new business models, markets, and growth strategies; advising on strategic changes required to meet compliance needs.

The HCCO will engage with executive leaders and be an active member of the management board and serve as expert on risks and guidance specific to interaction with health care providers (HCPs), Health Care Organizations (HCOs), Government Officials (GOs), third parties and other key stakeholders.

The officer will lead a team of health care compliance professionals that partner with key stakeholders to ensure governance and oversight of the compliance program to effectively prevent and/or detect violations of laws, regulations, or company policies.

As a key member of the MedTech AsPac HCC Leadership team, this role will also take the lead on key projects and support talent within China and across the organization.

This role reports to the AsPac Regional Sector Lead.

She/ he will be responsible for talent acquisition, coaching and talent development at all levels of the organization.
