? What You'll Do


* Lead and manage the rehab department with a focus on quality outcomes and team development


* Oversee therapy services across all disciplines (except PTA)


* Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure patient-centered care


* Monitor compliance, documentation, and productivity standards


* Mentor and support your team to grow professionally and thrive

✅ What We're Looking For


* Licensed OT, COTA, PT, or SLP in the state of California


* Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a rehab setting preferred


* Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills


* A passion for patient care and team empowerment
