Job Description:

Johnson & Johnson MedTech is recruiting for a Senior Financial Analyst, MedTech Group Finance position.

This position is located in New Brunswick, NJ, but can be flexible to candidates at other Johnson & Johnson Locations with demonstrated ability to work EST time zone requirements.

Reporting to the MedTech Gross Profit (GP) Performance & Insights Finance Manager, this role will support E2E GP Margin insights for the MedTech business, and lead the consolidations, reporting and analysis of MedTech financial results.

In addition, the successful candidate will partner across the MedTech Business Units, Regional, and Supply Chain Center leadership teams to collaborate and to shape, with a focus on value creation towards a better standardized state.

Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:


* Lead E2E GP Margin analysis through cross functional partnerships with Regional and Business Units and Supply Chain Center finance teams.


* Lead the consolidation and analysis of various financial activities including business planning, forecast updates, long range financial planning, and latest thinkings.

Drive insights to influence Regional and Business Units and Supply Chain Center finance teams.


* Build and maintain worldwide financial analysis, dashboards, and quarterly reports to communicate financial results to MedTech Finance and MedTech Leadership to help support business decisions, identify risks and opportunities, and shape the organization.


* Build business partner relationships with key stakeholders across the organization to drive process improvements with a focus on operational efficiency, forecast accuracy, and value add.


* Support MedTech operating model to drive financial performance and deliver on financial commitments.
