Head of Cluster Supply Chain - IFP TW/HK

Job Description

key responsibilities (including but not limited to):

1.

Supply Chain Strategy Development:
  - Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with the company's overall objectives.
  - Identify and mitigate risks in the supply chain to ensure business continuity.

2.

Operational Management:
  - Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, logistics, warehousing, and distribution.
  - Ensure efficient and cost-effective operations while maintaining high service levels.

3.

Inventory Management:
  - Optimize inventory levels to meet customer demand while minimizing holding costs.
  - Implement effective inventory control systems and practices.

4.

Team Leadership and Development:
  - Lead and mentor a team of supply chain professionals.
  - Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.

5.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
  - Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track supply chain performance.
  - Provide regular reports and insights to senior management.

6.

Regulatory Compliance:
  - Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in Taiwan and Hong Kong.
  - Stay updated on changes in legislation and industry trends.

7.

Collaboration and Coordination:
  - Collaborate with other departments such as sales, marketing, and finance to align supply chain activities with business goals.
  - Coordinate with regional and global supply chain teams to share best practices and drive synergy.

8.

Continuous Improvement:
  - Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.
  - Implement lean principles and other methodologies to enhance supply chain efficiency.

9.

Strategic Planning and Execution:
 - Develop and implement logistics and warehouse strategies to support business objectives and ensure timely delivery of products.
 - Forecast demand and plan inventory levels to meet customer needs and minimize stockouts.
 - Drive continuous improvement initiatives in logistics, warehouse operations, and customer service.

10.

Warehouse Management:
 - Oversee all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping.
 - Implement best practices for warehouse management, including space utilization, inventory control, and safety protocols.
 - Monitor warehouse performance metrics such as order accuracy, inventory turnover, and on-time delivery.

11.

Logistics Management:
 - Manage logistics activities, including transportation, distribution, and third-party logistics (3PL) partnerships.
 - Optimize transportation routes and methods to reduce costs and improve delivery times.
 - Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in logistics and transportation.
