At InterContinental London Park Lane, we are currently looking for an Individual Reservations Agent to join our team.

Are you passionate about creating seamless guest journeys and thrive in a detail-focused, fast-paced environment? We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Individual Reservations Agent to join our dynamic Reservations team.

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for handling individual reservations with precision and efficiency, ensuring our guests receive the exceptional standard of service that defines the InterContinental brand.

You will act as a trusted point of contact for our valued guests and clients—taking ownership of the reservation process from enquiry to confirmation, all while maximising room revenue and upholding brand standards.

As part of a collaborative and guest-focused team, you will also play a key role in promoting the hotel’s premium offerings, from Club InterContinental to our award-winning spa and dining venues.

If you have experience in Reservations or Front Office in a 4- or 5-star hotel environment, and are motivated by excellence, attention to detail, and delivering True Hospitality, we would love to hear from you.

  To thrive in this role, the key skills & experience you’ll need are:


* Previous experience in hotel reservations or front office ideally within a 4 or 5 star environment 


* A sound understanding of Opera PMS and confidence in making system changes as needed


* Excellent communication skills and a warm, approachable personality


* Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and time management


* Ability to multi-task and remain calm under pressure


* Proactive problem-solving skills and a commitment to guest satisfaction


* Confidence in handling VIP and returning guest preferences with discretion and care


* A team player with a can-do attitude, passionate about continuous improvement and service delivery
