Graduate Advancement Program (G.A.P) Overview:

The Oncology Graduate Advancement Program at Johnson & Johnson is a comprehensive learning and professional experience at one of the world’s leading health care companies.

This program is designed to equip recent post-baccalaureate students with advanced hands-on academic and professional development opportunities in STEM fields, fostering expertise in research and development, and preparing them for further education.

The position is a full-time opportunity expected to start on September 1, 2025 and end on May 31, 2026.

Scholars are expected to relocate to the Philadelphia metropolitan area.

Depending on the project, scholars may be able to operate on a “hybrid model.” This means that you will be asked to report on site 3 times a week and can work remotely 2 times a week.

If you are selected for a scholar position, you will work directly with your manager as your start date approaches to confirm your exact schedule.

G.A.P.

scholars will participate in two six-week rotations before scholars specialize in a specific functional area and conduct individual research projects under the mentorship of J&J employees.

Scholars may participate in the following areas: Clinical Science, Discovery Science, and Translational Sciences.
