About the Opportunity:

To support with a Parental Leave period, we have an exciting opportunity for a commercial Talent Business Partner to join our People & Culture team, supporting the International Family Care & Professional Business in ANZ.

You will provide proactive, commercial and strategic partnership with senior business leaders across our ANZ commercial business.

You will play a lead role in building our people & culture plan and embedding enterprise priorities, as we support our organisation on the next phase of its transformation journey.

Key Responsibilities:


* Develop and drive people priorities; taking a data-driven approach to ensure we’re tackling the high impact and value opportunities


* Be a talent builder; take our talent & succession planning to the next level as we think critically about our strategic capability planning and building careers that provide rich & meaningful experiences


* Be a coach; to the senior leaders you support and your peers


* Shape our leadership culture; as we prepare our leaders for change & transformation


* Build high performing teams; from leading org design through to team effectiveness


* Work closely with experts in Talent, Reward and other COEs to ensure we build fit for purpose solutions and drive organisational change in a way that’s relevant for diverse workforce  

About You:

* You bring demonstrated experience in shaping and managing change.

You hold proven knowledge and practical application of HR practices and employment law in Australia and a solid track record and ability to develop strong working relationships at all levels.

You will have considerable experience within a similar role/environment, outstanding relationship building, coaching and influencing skills.
