Claims Solutions Product Manager

The Product Manager has the primary responsibility to partner with the product leadership to direct, coordinate, and complete customer implementation projects while remaining aligned with the larger strategy and commitments of the product vision.
This person serves as the conduit between all members of an implementation team, both internal and external.
The Product Manager will help define project scope, goals, and deliverables, manage the project team, manage, and report against the budget, track deliverables, monitor and report on project progress, present updates and impediments to stakeholders.
The successful candidate will work on multiple projects simultaneously while fostering partnerships with customers and stakeholders alike.

Preferred Skills:
* Experience in product management/product ownership experience a plus.
* Detail-oriented with a strong ability to manage and execute simultaneous projects and tasks.
* Familiarity with LEAN and Agile methodologies.
* Demonstrated record of partnering with teams across the organization and influencing to achieve business results across multiple teams who may have competing goals.
* Demonstrated ability to understand and discuss technical concepts, schedule trade-offs and/or new opportunities with technical and non-technical employees.
* Prior product innovation experience preferred.
* Knowledge of software development management and business intelligence tools a plus.
* Experience with working in Insurtech is a plus.
* 4+ years of experience in insurance claims.
Homeowner preferably.
* 4 year college degree or equivalent experience.
* Critical thinking and pro-active ways to identify and improve processes.
* Detail-oriented with a strong ability to manage and execute simultaneous projects and tasks.
* Self-motivated with a high level of initiative.
Comfortable working both independently and with a team.
* Advanced oral and written communication skills.
* Ability to engage with a customer at different levels of a claims organization.
* Ability to present product concepts, product solution and consult with customers on best practices.
* Ability to show customers the need for a product and identify opportunities in a customers workflow to help streamline claims handling effort.
