Job Description:


* Lead cross-functional Supply Chain and Customer Service operations to establish and maintain a highly productive TOC (Tokyo Operation Center) that ensures stable product supply.


* Collaborate closely with global and domestic functions to improve the accuracy of market demand forecasting, and develop and execute production, inventory, and procurement plans.


* Optimize all TOC-related processes with a focus on stable supply, quality control, and cost reduction, while striving to enhance customer satisfaction.


* Partner with 3PL vendors and BPO providers to manage warehouse and order fulfillment operations by setting and monitoring appropriate KPIs and driving operational efficiency.


* Proactively manage risks—both potential and existing—to ensure uninterrupted TOC operations through proper forecasting and assessment.


* From a mid-to-long-term perspective, develop and implement strategies to improve internal warehouse-centered processes, as well as to enhance the supply chain to customers through distributors.


* Prioritize the development and capability-building of TOC team members as a foundational element of all TOC activities.


* Actively contributes to the delivery of better healthcare to patients by continuously considering how Shockwave’s products and services can create value.
