We are searching for the best talent for Staff Automation Engineer, OT and Cybersecurity.

Purpose: We are seeking an experienced automation professional to establish and implement comprehensive automation solutions for our manufacturing systems, infrastructure, and services.

This role involves leading the planning, design, scheduling, and control of automation projects that directly support new product development while ensuring regulatory compliance and operational excellence.

The successful candidate will serve as a technical leader, driving automation strategy while managing complex projects and multi-functional teams.

You will be responsible for:

OT Cybersecurity & Risk Management



* Implement and maintain cybersecurity frameworks such as IEC 62443, NIST CSF, and ISO/IEC 27001 tailored for industrial environments.


* Conduct regular vulnerability assessments, risk analyses, and threat modeling specific to manufacturing control systems.


* Develop, update, and enforce cybersecurity policies, procedures, and standards aligned with industry regulations.


* Perform security audits, gap analyses, and compliance assessments to ensure alignment to FDA, cGMP, and industry standards.

OT Network Design & Security



* Design, implement, and manage secure industrial network architectures, including VLANs, subnetting, and network segmentation.
