Job Description:

Johnson & Johnson is currently seeking a Senior Business Process Owner ELM Program to join our Legal Operations team located in New Brunswick, NJ.

We are seeking an experienced Electronic Legal Management (ELM) Platform Business Process Owner (BPO) to lead and enhance our global legal operations function.

The ideal candidate will bring expertise in matter management and e-billing, and will effectively manage enterprise-wide processes, systems, and compliance requirements.

This position will serve as a pivotal link between legal, finance, tax, procurement, and accounts payable functions to optimize and manage processes that deliver business value.

Key Responsibilities:


* Define, support, and oversee local and regional business processes for the intake, processing, and payment of legal invoices in alignment with local and international tax and compliance requirements.


* Identify and implement innovative technology solutions that drive efficiency and enhance the ELM platform.


* Understand local and regional systems and applications vital for matter management and e-billing, coordinating with legal, accounts payable, procurement, and finance technologies.


* Foster cross-functional partnerships with teams across the GLO and with key business partners to streamline processes.


* Manage local and regional processes for vendor management, aligning with international compliance, and ensuring ongoing coordination with finance, tax, procurement, and accounts payable teams.


* Manage and enhance operational processes, policies, and procedures including playbooks and guidelines.


* Develop and deliver training programs aimed at enhancing the knowledge of compliance requirements across teams.


* Oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial and tax reporting processes, ensuring seamless integration.


* Shape the vision and roadmap for the ELM program, focusing on business impact and solution delivery.


* Work collaboratively with leaders and team members across the organization to ensure continuous improvement to optimize performance.
