What You'll Do:

As a Registered Nurse, you will be instrumental in delivering high-quality care and leading nursing staff during your shift.

Your role will involve clinical coordination, documentation, staff support, and active participation in our quality improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities Include:


* Assist the Director of Nursing with daily nursing operations


* Supervise and mentor licensed and non-licensed staff


* Monitor medication administration and treatment compliance


* Conduct admissions, discharges, and evaluations


* Make rounds to assess residents' physical and emotional well-being


* Respond to changes in condition and communicate with physicians and families


* Maintain accurate documentation and reports


* Participate in staff training, care planning, and QA meetings


* Support infection control, safety, and regulatory compliance

Qualifications:


* Valid California RN license in good standing


* Current CPR certification


* Minimum of 2 years nursing experience (long-term care preferred)


* Strong leadership, communication, and critical-thinking skills


* Knowledge of PCC (PointClickCare) preferred


* Ability to manage a team while delivering compassionate, resident-centered care
