We are seeking a strategic Technology Manager to provide strategic leadership and comprehensive oversight in the implementation of enterprise meeting rooms and collaboration technologies within our End User Services organization.

The ideal candidate will be instrumental in shaping product vision and strategy, ensuring that meeting room and collaboration solutions adhere to established standards while delivering measurable business value.

Key Responsibilities:


* Develop and articulate the product strategy, technology, and service roadmaps.

Lead global deployments and support models.

Continuously improve user experience and run the technology lifecycle for meeting room systems.


* Communicate effectively within technical and business environments, interpreting, developing, and communicating information to multiple levels and audiences.


* Identify, design, and implement automation across the service to improve outcomes and capabilities.


* Passion for learning new technologies and staying up to date with industry trends, standard methodologies, and new technologies in real-time collaboration and AI.


* Work with tech and business teams to set priorities, define requirements, and update legacy meeting rooms technology.


* Conduct detailed research into new technologies, innovative solutions, and intelligent automations to champion continuous improvement of the service.


* Conduct lab evaluations of new products and services.
