Position: Restorative Nurse Manager, RN or LPN
Job Type: Full Time

Pay starting at $25.00 / hour for LPNs ; $33.25 / hour for RNs

Licensure:


* Tennessee Registered Nurse, RN Nursing license or Tennessee LPN License


* Must have thorough understanding of the Restorative Nursing Manual, it's programs and NHC philosophy.


* Must implement a Restorative Nursing Program to assist patients to reach their maximum level of functioning in accordance with the NHC procedures, State and Federal Regulations.

Position Highlights:


* Serves as a member of the management team


* Administrates policies and formulates procedures for the nursing department


* Working with the interdisciplinary care team, to assure accurate patient assessment and development/revision of individualized plans of care.


* Maintains open and ongoing communication with patients and families, providing opportunity and encouragement to participate in decision making.


* Supervise other nursing partners as assigned


* Involved in the recruitment, selection, training, evaluation and retention for all nursing staff


* Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing
