What You'll Do:


* Deliver direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans and clinical protocols


* Monitor residents' conditions and promptly communicate changes to the care team


* Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately


* Supervise STNAs and ensure care tasks are carried out to the highest standard


* Build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and fellow staff

What We're Looking For:


* Current LPN license in the State of Ohio


* Strong clinical judgment with attention to detail


* A steady, reliable presence on shift — especially for PRN availability


* The ability to lead, listen, and support in a team-based care setting


* Compassion that shows in both small tasks and big decisions
