What You'll Do:


* Provide hands-on care and assistance with daily living activities


* Support residents with mobility, personal hygiene, meals, and emotional well-being


* Communicate effectively with nursing staff and residents to ensure a high quality of care


* Bring patience, presence, and purpose to each shift — no matter how short or long

What We're Looking For:


* Valid STNA certification in the State of Ohio


* A steady, compassionate approach to caregiving


* Strong communication and observation skills


* Reliability and professionalism — especially for PRN flexibility


* A calm demeanor and an ability to adapt to residents' individual needs
